It is crime and against constitution to affix Religion , Varn , Caste to Minor citizen of India :
It is against fundamental right of minor citizen who are below 21 years to affix religion , varn , caste to his name . Parents of Minor children got no right to call their children by any religion , varn and caste as they have not chosen that themselves .
Parents can not force their choice on their minor children as it is against fundamental right of every citizen including minor .
We are not going in the merit or demerit of any religion here . But selecting any religion must be left to citizen after becoming major .
Our education up to 21 years must be free and every minor must be under care of secular government in all respect including food , medicine , clothing , books , stay and every thing at the cost of public money that is government money . Why the taxes paid by citizen should not be applied for upkeep of our minor citizens making patriot and secular thinkers so that they can become best citizens ?
